  • 1/2 oz. light rum
  • 1 oz. chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz. half and half

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve garnished with a fresh strawberry.

What better liqueur for a Valentine pink cocktail than the classic sloe gin? The use of equal parts dry and sweet vermouth make this a "perfect" drink.

  • 1 oz. sloe gin
  • 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.

  • chocolate syrup

Drizzle chocolate syrup in a chilled cocktail glass and set aside. Combine vodka, chocolate liqueur and white creme de cacao in a shaker with ice, and shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Add chocolate shavings to the top for an additional garnish.
