Vanilla vodka works well in cocktails with fruit, cream, or both, and can easily mix in a cocktail so smoothly and creamy that it can substitute for dessert. But be careful - these cocktails are very drinkable, but also can pack a potent, alcoholic wallop - not to mention the calorie count.
Banana Popsicle
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. banana liqueur
- orange juice
- pineapple juice
Combine the vanilla vodka and banana liqueur in a shaker over ice. Add equal parts orange juice and pineapple juice, and shake to combine. Strain over ice cubes into a collins glass. Serve garnished with an orange wheel.
Banana Russian
This take on the traditional "Russian" adds a sweet, fruity twist.
- 1 1/1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1/2 oz. creme de bananes
- half-and-half or cream
Fill an old-fashioned or rocks glass with cracked ice. Add the vanilla vodka and creme de bananes. Top off with half-and-half and stir. Garnish with 2-3 sliced of fresh banana to garnish.

- 2 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1/2 oz. triple sec
- 2 1/2 oz. lemon-lime soda
Pour vanilla vodka into an ice-filled highball glass. Add triple sec, and top off with soda. Stir just to mix.
White Rabbit
This cocktail may very well be the ultimate cocktail for the vanilla lover.
- 3 oz. vanilla vodka
- 3 oz. vanilla liqueur
- 1 oz. half-and-half
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake to chill. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
Vanilla Ice
The sweet hazelnut flavor of Frangelico is a natural when paired with vanilla.
- 3 oz. vanilla vodka
- 2 oz. Frangelico
- splash of cream
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain the drink into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
Vodka Creme Brulee
- 2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 2 oz. Frangelico
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 1 1/2 oz. half-and-half
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve garnished with a vanilla bean.
Vanilla Creamsicle
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. orange vodka
- 3 oz. orange juice
- 1/4 oz. triple sec
- fresh cream
Mix all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Strain into a short glass filled with fresh ice, and serve garnished with an orange peel.
Vanilla Latte
The Bloody Mary and the Mimosa are traditional brunch cocktails, but this creamy coffee cocktail could give them a run for the money.
- 2 parts Starbucks cream liqueur
- 3/4 part vanilla vodka
- 2 parts coffee, chilled
Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass.
